Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, data driven and results oriented Senior Manager, Quality with a proven track record to lead and enhance the quality management processes across our supply chain. The ideal candidate will ensure that all supply chain activities—from sourcing to distribution—meet the highest quality standards, supporting our commitment to sustainability and excellence. This role focuses on reducing contamination in procured materials, minimizing losses throughout the procurement value chain, and ensuring consistent quality standards. The Senior Quality Manager will also develop supplier quality ratings and collaborate with all stakeholders across the value chain to enhance quality practices among all partners, both formal and informal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall Quality Improvement

  • Lead initiatives to reduce contamination levels in procured materials at a SKU level.
  • Identify and address losses across the procurement value chain, including weighment losses, transit losses, and inspection/sorting losses.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality throughout the supply chain.

2. Quality Control

  • Ensure the accuracy of inspection and sorting processes at hubs, third-party sites, and Points of Sale (PoS).
  • Develop and maintain rigorous quality control standards to prevent material defects and losses.
  • Regularly audit quality control processes and implement corrective actions as needed

3. Quality Process Implementation

  • Develop and implement standardized quality check processes across the entire supply chain.
  • Ensure consistent application of quality procedures at all touchpoints, from procurement to final delivery.
  • Train and mentor teams on quality standards and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

4. Supplier Quality Ratings

  • Develop a supplier quality rating system to evaluate and improve supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure suppliers meet quality expectations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Regularly review and update supplier ratings based on performance and quality metrics.

5.Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality control and assurance activities.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and audit purposes

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with procurement, production, logistics and distribution teams to integrate quality standards into daily operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on quality best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to ensure new products meet quality expectations from the outset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control, with at least 3 years in a supply chain operations management role.
  • Proven experience in quality control, quality process design and implementation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ready to Travel within the region as needed and should be comfortable with field work as and when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in managing the Quality in industries like – Manufacturing, FMCG,
  • Agriculture, F&B, Retail, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce/Quick Commerce or Supply Chain.
  • Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or Six Sigma, LEAN Management is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements and manage teams effectively.

Job Overview

The Manager, Water and Waste Water Management (WTP & Systems) will take charge of overall Quality Management and the Environment Management System (EMS) within the organization, in compliance with ISO-9001-2015, OHSAS, and ISO-14001-2015 standards. This role is responsible for managing WTP (Water Treatment Plant) and WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) operations, ensuring the achievement of quality and environmental targets, efficient resource management, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Target Achievement

scrap materials generated from raw material (RM) process waste across organization and
