Salary Range: 1.2 Lac – 1.5 Lac / month

Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, data driven and result oriented Regional Manager, with exceptional communication, analytical, people management and pipeline management track record. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive performance in achieving volume, pricing, and quality targets while ensuring strong team management, financial compliance, effective cross-functional collaboration and the ability to navigate complex business environments. A successful Regional Manager will become a brand ambassador for the company in his/her region, identifying, developing and managing vendor relationships, building and nurturing talent, and working across the value chain to build a resilient, responsive and efficient supply chain in region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Volume Target achievement

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed regional procurement volume targets.
  • Monitor teams’ performance regularly and take corrective actions where necessary to ensure targets are achieved

2. Pricing Target Achievement

  • Ensure adherence to pricing strategies to contribute effectively to the bottom line.
  • Work closely with the team to adapt to market changes and competition while maintaining margin integrity

3. Quality Target Achievement

  • Ensure all products/services meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to address any issues and ensure continuous improvement.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing regional procurement team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous development within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, both formal and informal, of plastic waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Logistics) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between regional teams and corporate functions to ensure smooth operations and achievement of targets.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvements and efficiency enhancements through cross functional collaboration.

6. Financial Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure all regional operations comply with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage regional budgets effectively, including expense control and cost optimization.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply chain, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in Procurement or Supply chain or Field Operations with at least 3 years as a regional manager leading team in region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industries like – Manufacturing, FMCG, Agriculture, F&B, Micro Finance, Retail, Sales & Marketing, Banking – Sales or Insurance, E-commerce/Quick commerce or Telecom.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
