Senior Manager, Supply Chain Co-ordination

Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, data driven and result oriented Senior Manager, Supply Chain Coordination with a proven track record. This role is mission critical to ensure seamless coordination and to drive performance against goals across the supply chain, from vendor onboarding to market expansion. The ideal candidate will oversee vendor discovery, compliance, onboarding and monitor trade and distribution flows, monitor staff productivity, and drive supply chain outcomes in alignment with current business and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Onboarding

• Ensure all vendors are onboarded in compliance with Finance & Administration (F&A) processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to streamline the vendor onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements and ensure ongoing compliance with company policies.

2. Trade Monitoring

• Track and analyse Plan vs Actual performance across all regions and SKUs.
• Provide regular reports on trade performance, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure alignment with trade plans and goals

3. Distribution & Logistics Monitoring

• Oversee the flow of materials across the entire supply chain, from Point of Sale (PoS) to final destination.
• Ensure timely and efficient distribution of products, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to resolve any bottlenecks in the supply chain.

4. Staff Productivity Monitoring

• Monitor employee engagement and productivity across the supply chain.
• Address grievances and implement solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
• Lead skilling and training initiatives to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

5. Market Discovery and Activation

• Track and support supply chain expansion efforts across regions and SKUs in line with strategic goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to activate and penetrate these markets.
• Ensure alignment between supply chain capabilities and market expansion strategies

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, BD, finance, and production, to ensure that supply chain operations support overall business objectives. Lead cross functional teams to address supply chain challenges and implement solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

7. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain co-ordinators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ready to Travel within the region as needed and should be comfortable with field work as and when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of Supply Chain operations management in industries like – Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Agriculture and F&B.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements and manage teams effectively.
